Millennium Tower Penthouse 1
Located on the 59th floor of San Francisco’s Millennium Tower, this penthouse unit features views from Twin Peaks to Alcatraz, Angel Island and Marin County to the North. Designed and built from an empty concrete shell unit, this custom residence built for a gifted musician and collector of art features a stage area with specialized acoustic ceiling panels and full audio system for voice and a range of instruments. Special acoustical details were designed into the construction of each space without any compromise to the aesthetics and architectural inspiration. Improvements extended outside the residence into the common lobby area to provide visitors a completely unique experience when visiting this home.
